Hi! I'm Ashley. I have always been an explorer of the deep inner worlds of myself and others. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping people foster a deep connection to their core selves, allowing them to become more authentically who they are in the world and in their relationships. My practice is guided by compassion and curiosity, offering a space to slow down and listen to what is happening inside. Therapy can uncover insights that might be difficult to see on your own, and it is my passion to walk alongside others on that journey.
I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#146864) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#16602) working under supervision in the state of California. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a BA in Psychological Science from UC Irvine. I am trained in EMDR for trauma therapy and have gone through certification training in religious trauma and spiritual abuse. I have experience working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, shifting spirituality, difficulty in relationships, and going through major life transitions (graduating, changing jobs, starting or ending a marriage, exploring sexuality, etc).
Outside of therapy, you might find me playing piano, dancing to live music, cuddling with my giant dog (Gryffin the Leonberger), exploring new places or activities with my favorite humans, hyperfixating on my latest subject of interest within spirituality or psychology, or even occasionally riding motorcycles ☺️
Reach out today to schedule a free consultation call with me, I would love to meet you!
